we set up alphabetically and by grade.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Teachers brought the textbooks to the LC with rosters. We checked out the books as we placed them in the appropriate bags.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Students then did a drive-through pick up.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>It was quite an undertaking, but I don’t expect it to be so bad for second semester since most classes are a full year. The challenge will be getting the 1st semester books back first so they can then be checked out again.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

If you had tables set up around the gym or cafeteria that you could lay everything out in alpha order it would be a breeze to hand out. In person students could come down and get their books a few students at a time and with a couple strong adults with carts
you could, at the same time, service the other students curbside.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Then go around to each pile of books and check them out to the students that way you only need to hand them their stack on "distribution day."<o:p></o:p></span></p>

fully remote. We had students drive up to our gym doors, we pulled their schedule, pulled their books, checked them out and handed them their books without them getting out of the car. Students had a specific day and time slot to come pick up their books.We
did this over 4 days.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
