<p class="MsoNormal">I emailed someone with the State Library Grant division to double check on this last week. She told me that the letters are ready to go out but that they are waiting for the legislator to make the increase official since it will change
the amounts award. If you have questions or concerns I would recommend contacting Karen Egan with the State Library grants or calling their office. They have been really helpful at answering all of my questions.
