</li><li><span style="margin:0px; font-family:Cambria,Georgia,serif">School library must have a dedicated school budget, some of which must come from the local organization.</span></li><li><span style="margin:0px; font-family:Cambria,Georgia,serif">School may NOT have received the award within the last three years.</span><br>
