I have a Google Form for students to complete after reading a book from our Reading Challenge list (appropriate Caudill and Lincoln books). Items on the form: </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif">Name, ELA teacher, Book title<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif">3-4 sentences in your own words what the book is about</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif">What part of this book was the most: engaging, interesting, funny, sad, suspenseful OR emotional? (You select on of the ideas!) Explain your answer. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif">On a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) how would you rate this book & why?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif"> <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif">I make it a competition among ELA teachers and have a sign for each teacher at the entrance of the library to show the number of books read by that teacher's students. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif">I provided little laminated book covers for the ELA teachers to display in their room as well.
