<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">I have co-taught and gave points using the project rubric which was totaled and assigned a grade. If this is part of a long-term process over 6 weeks, I can
use that growth as my student growth on my evaluation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">Even though we do not give official grades, I like to use unofficial assessment in the library to motivate students to keep focused and see their progress. This
could be as simple as giving a check mark for identifying fiction and non-fiction correctly, bringing their book back, following library procedures, with a reward of a special bookmark instead of a grade or extra time to just sit and read.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
