[Digital Library] updates from the ECC Executive Committee

Hi Jackie,
I emailed Daiva at Overdrive and she emailed me the contract. There is a
one time fee of $250 that covers the purchase of content. I finished my
contract and emailed it back to her last week. Overdrive will invoice the
library and I'll receive an email once my Advantage account is set up. At
that point, I can turn on Advantage Plus. :) Hope this helps!

Have a great day,
Susan McKinney
