<p class="x_x_x_MsoNormal" style="margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px">The Pinckneyville Public Library has asked to join the Electronic Content Consortium/Digital Library of Illinois. As per our bylaws, new membership must be
<span class="x_x_markop5238oy3">vote</span>d on by all current <span class="x_x_mark9puhlgg8b">
ECC</span> libraries. </p>
<p class="x_x_x_MsoNormal" style="margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px"> </p>
<p class="x_x_x_MsoNormal" style="margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px"><b>Please</b> take a moment to vote on this, as we cannot add new members without sufficient votes from existing members. Overall, the Electronic Content Consortium Executive Committee (<span class="x_x_mark9puhlgg8b">ECC</span>
Board) sees the addition of new members as a net positive, and we recommend that the full membership approves the addition of the Pinckneyville Public Library to the consortium.
