[ISLMA-Share] Student Volunteers

Hi there,

I would like to start a student volunteer program in my Middle School
library.

They would do and help with basic tasks around the library once a week
during their lunch.

I am considering allowing them to come down throughout the week if they had
time during class to check if there was "work" to be done.

Has anyone done this?  How did it go?

I also want to have an application process so that I can pick whom I want.
Besides the obvious info, what kinds of info should I ask on the
application?
