[ISLMA-Share] Spanish call numbers

We put SP in front of the regular call number, so for Fiction they're SP F
and then author's last name. Same for E and nonfiction. We also do PO for
Polish and then for some of the Indian languages we've found it easier for
the kids to locate if we just spell put the whole word prior to the call
number. An example of that would be URDU E and then the author's last name.
