[ISLMA-Share] H.S that allow Food in the Library

We also used to allow lunch and had the same experience. (Library staff
spending their afternoon wiping down tables as though it was a cafeteria.)
Now we allow discreet amounts. Encourage them to stay away from computers
(usually some slight transgressions here) but the line in the sand that
seems to work for us is the tray. Trays of food get turned around at the
door and sent back to lunch to finish. Bag of chips? Fine. (This way there
is no evaluation of what is in the lunch--mash pototoes are not OK, but
pizza is? No. On a tray? Not in the library.
