[ISLMA-Share] H.S that allow Food in the Library

My policy is clear containers and clear liquids. They can have a small
snack but they know if I find a mess or have to pick anything up the rules
will change. I have had this for about two years and maybe have picked up
one propel bottle? A little freedom and ownership on the students part
really goes a long way.
