You might want to try a manual version:  I copied and pasted only those
questions that tested what I wanted, and did some editing of the language
that I knew would throw my students.

When a teacher wanted two dates separated by some time, I decided to do a
pre- and post-test.  Before we started, they took a short (eight-item),
paper and pen multiple choice, and I will repeat it when they return after
two periods with me.

I have also used the full online version for all freshman sections by
passing out slips with log-in information, but that was pretty
labor-intensive.
