[ISLMA-Share] Battle of the Books

My tips:

Make sure you know how you will handle tie breakers.
Take pictures of the teams beforehand, they don't like taking pictures
after they lose.
Have plenty of backup questions...I write over 200 questions, so I know I
will have poor/incorrect questions come up along the way. I tell kids I
have the right to throw out a questions at any time.

I use the Caudills, b/c I encourage the reading of a variety of books and
they are all perfect for my middle school readers.
