[ISLMA-Share] Flatscreen TVS

Anything that uses HDMI is pretty straightforward.  Really nice to transmit
audio and video over a single connection.  Depending on what kinds of
devices you/your students have, you might want to get some video adapters.
We use a mix of VGA, HDMI, mini HDMI, and mini displayport, so I've got a
drawer full of em :)
