[ISLMA-Share] Fines in Destiny

Thanks for the "renew" tip, Gail!  We have just been creating fees on the
student account before marking books "Lost", but renewing would accomplish
the same thing without all the added work of adding a fine manually.  We
will do this the next time we have our monthly lost book letters home!
