[ISLMA-Share] ProQuest SIRS technical problems?

Has anyone else been having trouble with ProQuest SIRS Knowledge Source this school year?  While I appreciate the updates that occurred over the summer, our school (which runs Chromebooks) has had constant issues with articles and pages not loading.  Students need to continually log out of everything and log back in.  Customer Support has tried to solve the issues but has been at it for six months and had no luck.  Has anybody else had such problems and figured out a solution?
