[ISLMA-Share] Student Recommendation letter

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Does anyone have pointers for a student recommendation letter?  I was also
batting around the idea of having a little questionnaire for them to fill
out to guide me in my writing- how long have I known you, in what context
have we worked together, who should I write the letter to, do you need an
electronic or paper copy, any special things I should mention in the
letter, when do you need the letter, etc

Does anyone have any thoughts?
