Hi ISLMA People!

I can't believe we are at the end of March already! That means it is time to submit your proposal for 2017 ISLMA conference sessions! They are due by April 19th. Please help us spread the word!

We have very few proposals right now, so we are looking for sessions of ALL types - technology, makerspaces, collaboration (with teachers, community members, public libraries, instructional coaches, etc.), awesome programming ideas, grant writing, evaluation help, tips and tricks, genrefication, lesson plans, advocacy, advertising/marketing, bulletin boards, social media, 21st century skills/spaces, fake news, Google tools, and anything else you can think of.

You can submit proposals for Thursday (Oct. 19), which are 3-hour workshops intended to be hands-on learning, or for Friday and Saturday (Oct. 20-21) which are concurrent sessions that are 1-hour long.

Not sure where to start or what to propose? Email the conference committee at confprogram at islma.org. Someone on the committee would be happy to give you some suggestions!

Fill out the 2017 ISLMA Conference RFP at: http://bit.ly/islmaconf17 by Wednesday, April 19, 2017. RFPs will only be accepted from the link above, but a PDF list of the RFP questions can be found here<http://bit.ly/17rfppdf> for your convenience. If you have any questions, please contact the Program Committee at confprogram at islma.org<mailto:confprogram at islma.org>.
