[ISLMA-Share] copyright in art question

I asked my husband, who is a professional artist.  This is what he said:

I don't think there's a copyright issue especially with an older historical
photo, but it's not good form to copy so directly. I found this article on
the subject that seems pretty thorough:

I've never heard of that illustrator <http://www.robertoinnocenti.com/>,
but I guess he's pretty well known (and from Italy).
