[ISLMA-Share] Tracking Who's Read Bluestem

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Does anyone have an awesome way for keeping track of which students have
read which Bluestem books? I tried having students answer "What is the book
about" and "What was your favorite part", but I'm disappointed about how
few students read 5 or more books.
I think my problem is not that they didn't read the books, but that they
didn't take the initiative to fill out the slip (even though it seemed like
I reminded them to fill out a slip every single week). How do you do it?
