[AISLE-Share] High school media interns

Email list for the Association of Illinois School Library Educators aisle at list.railslibraries.info
Tue Nov 6 10:34:57 CST 2018

Hi all,

My high school is exploring the possibility of hiring a student (or two or three) to post on our school's social media platforms, create announcements for our television displays in the building and video board in the gym. Do any of you do something similar in your buildings? Does anyone pay these students or are they just volunteers or part of a class? I would love to know any pros/cons or lessons learned that you could share. If you have links to applications or guidelines to share, I would really appreciate seeing them.

Feel free to email me off list at lochs at mscusd.org<mailto:lochs at mscusd.org>. I will be happy to compile and post back to the listserv in a couple of days and to AISLE's wiki replacement site when it's ready (with permission from the original sharer).

Thanks!
