[AISLE-Share] 1:1 audio/visual recording policies

Good morning.

Our students are 1:1 with Chromebooks and by default the camera and
microphone are on.  Talking with our IT department, apparently there are
some places and instances where they are blocked by Chrome but that is it.
This is our first year fully 1:1 (four-year roll out).
