[AISLE-Share] Place a "note" on a student for books

Does anyone have a good way of keeping track of parent request of what they
do not want students to read? For example, we use Destiny, and recently a
book was returned that instructed us to not check out the book ever again
to this particular student. I want to respect the parents wishes, but what
is a good way to track/remind myself and my library aide in case the
student tries again? The book itself is not in question in my mind as far
as it being challenged or needing to be removed, I truly believe it is more
parental preference than anything. Thanks for the ideas!
