[AISLE-Share] AR books

[Email list for the Association of Illinois School Library Educators]

Thanks everyone. 

I tried the narrow the search feature originally, however it seems that the AR information is not tagged correctly in my catalog. There are only one or two AR books returned when searching and the AR books I've found through the website don't show as being AR when I search them in my catalog.

We have AR and Destiny, so we use this feature often. From the catalog tab, in the "Narrow Your Search" window, click on the drop down arrow for "Reading Programs." In our system, Accelerated Reader is an option to select as a filter, along with the additional filters for reading levels and point ranges. Hope that helps!

Does anyone know if there's a way to find out what books in your collection have AR quizzes? I use Destiny and while a few titles will show there AR quiz, most don't. I have a teacher that would like non fiction AR books for her class and I would rather not have to manually cross check the books on the AR list with what I have in my collection.
