[aisle] Follett Bound Books

Is anyone else having trouble with their Follett Bound titles having a gap
in between the spine and the cover of the book?

I know they are guaranteed and I have spoken to the company about it.  Even
my new ones have some sort of a gap at that location which makes them tear
at the seam more easily.

I was wondering what others are experiencing as I am waiting to hear back
from Follett.
