[aisle] Reading challenge ideas

Our Rotary Club's literacy committee has sponsored reading challenges at
our high school for 10 years.  It's been a great way to raise money for new
books, and we're looking for some fresh ideas.  Students have read on their
own and on teams, and they've counted pages read and books read.   What
other reading challenges have worked at your school?
