[aisle] chromebook checkout questions

We are 1:1, and I am in charge of the loaner cart as well. When students
don't return their loaner by 3:00 pm the same day, I charge them for
another loaner day. They get three free passes per semester, so this
counts as one of those. On their 4th and all subsquent loaners, they are
issued an after school detention. I am really sick of handing out loaner
Chromebooks!
