[aisle] Blue light and sleep

Does anyone have a recommendation for a nonfiction book about blue light and its effects?  We are looking for a book like Outliers for a senior research paper that incorporates blue light and sleep or technology.  We have found a few books which seem relevant, but would like to have one which specifically addresses blue light.  The book needs to be relevantly high-interest, not overly academic or too highly focused on circadian rhythms.  Thanks in advance!
