[aisle] Talent Show

[Jill Bennin]

Our superintendent is interested in hosting a talent show across the
district, where students could submit videos of their talent, and we could
put it together.  I know this is a minefield for copyright violations, so
are there platform ideas, or rules we should set in advance to do something
like this without terrible copyright issues?
