[aisle] virtual / in person simultaneous teaching tools

Our district is doing this, We are using wireless mics and iPads linked to
the teacher's desktop. They can project what they are doing in the
classroom and directly to the remote kids, too. The entire class (other
than downtime for independent work) is streamed in real time.
