[aisle] library and testing- help!

I am in a public school.  We have a room that is only used as a study hall
throughout the day.  We also have a cabinet in there for our "testing
center".  Teachers will drop off tests, and the students will come in with
a pass to take them.  It works really well, but then again, we have a
dedicated room.
