[aisle] Technology Budhet

I have a class set of Google Cardboard viewers.  We use it with the
Expeditions app.  They can explore on their own, or the instructor can lead
a guided tour which allows for instruction while VRing.  We use iPads for
this.

We are just starting to play with the Create Your Own VR experience through
Google Tour Creator.  This is created on a laptop, but viewed on an iPad.
(As far as I know...still learning.)
