[aisle] Library plans

I heard that we can have students in the library. I am an elementary
special, so 28 classes of students will be in the library weekly for 38
minutes, but they aren't allowed to browse the shelves themselves and we
will still have to find the books and deliver them to classrooms. Before I
go in for a meeting to discuss this, do we have any guidance from the
regional library systems.  We followed RAILS guidance last year regarding
quarantining books.
