I would like to create an online form of some sort that my high school students can fill out and submit when they would like some suggestions from me about possible books to try.  I do have a "class" for the library in Google Classroom that the students are all part of.  If you have done something like this and would be willing to share ideas or suggestions about what works and what doesn't, that would be great.  I would like the form to be digital so both my remote learners and my in-person ones can use it.
