[aisle] 2022 Monarch and Bluestem Nominees

The Monarch and Bluestem lists usually come out in late March. I have been
spending my money earlier in the year, so I usually finish up my funds with
the ALA award books in February. I put the Monarchs and Bluestems in an
order to be submitted July 1, so the books arrive before school starts.
