[aisle] Subscription general reference databases for Elementary and Middle grades

We use PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next with our K-8 students.  We had Britannica
last year and that was great too, but budget cuts.  We're also trying out
Research Rocket this year.  It has magazine articles.  The jury is still
out on that one.
