[aisle] Media Literacy Bill

Please take just a few minutes TODAY to support the Media Literacy Bill
that the Illinois Senate will be reviewing  tomorrow.

I was once asked how AISLE advocates on behalf of our members. This is one
of the most important things the organization does for you.  The board does
all we can to support bills that positively impact students, school
libraries, and our members.

 It is disheartening when important legislation gets to the floor and is
voted down due to lack of support.  WE NEED YOUR HELP to make sure this
gets passed.  A statement from the board is important, but not as
important as the hundreds of voices that could join ours to support this
legislation.

We helped get it to the Senate floor. Please take 5 to 10 minutes out of
your day to follow the directions shared in the previous email and support
this bill as it makes its way through the legislative process.
