[aisle] Newspaper subscriptions

Our district is very cognizant of SOPPA and has deemed the Chicago Tribune NIE ok to use because, as Carol said, it does not contain any identifying information of the students.

Not sure what the specific SOPPA rules are, but you get one id and password for the class, so students are not logging in with individual information.
