My colleagues and I  were asked what , if any materials, we had by Kendi or DiAngelo.  I'm guessing this FOIA request was made to many districts.  I don't know where ours came from, but it is a legal request as far as I can tell.  Not sure why an information request is "problematic".  Everyone has the right to ask questions about government agencies.
