[aisle] advocacy for a higher book budget

Bring up that average cost of books you'd purchase (in general, and don't
include your discounts). I see this published in SLJ every year broken down
by category and binding. You could also bring up how much money per student
your current budget is, and compare that to book prices (does your budget
even allow for 1 book/student each year?).
