[aisle] Outside the inventory

If you are using Titlewave and run an analysis, you will find that the outside of inventory books won’t show up there either. Instead it will show as incomplete call numbers, incomplete publication year, or unmatched.  If you want to fix this, first do what Margo explained. 

It’s been some time since I’ve done this, but I believe you have to contact Follett to have cataloging changed quickly. I know it says edit in Titlewave, but past experience for me has proved it’s done quickly and correctly through a phone call. Hope this helps.

This could be from how you set up the inventory (by circ type, call number groups, etc.) Check the item's copy information and compare it with another one that is within the inventory.
