[aisle] Book Vendors - Need Recommendations

We use Amazon for quick shipping, but for larger orders that need a PO, we
use LakeCook.  They have been super reasonable, and usually right around
Amazon's prices (even cheaper sometimes).

Jordan, isn't Nyxia a great book?  I LOVED the entire series!
