[aisle] School/public library partnerships

Hi Dan,
Evanston Skokie D65 has always had a great relationship with Evanston and
Skokie libraries.
We work differently with each, but appreciate the partnership.

Depending on the event/time I can talk or possibly find someone in the
district to talk.
