[aisle] Going 1:1... any practical advice?

Who/Where do they go when the device isn't working correctly or they need
help? Will there be things that one department can help students with but
not others? (such as the library helps with student accounts but all other
issues need to go to the tech dept).

Hope this helps a bit!
