Our kids love the Paint by Sticker books. This one is especially popular.

Choose the ones that say KIDS for grades 3-5. Most kids can complete them
in 30 minutes. The larger format ones (doesn't say "kids") are much more
difficult. The Brain Game Sticker by Letter books are good too, but not as
popular as the Workman ones.

"The simplest way to make sure that we raise literate children is to teach
them to read, and to show them that reading is a pleasurable activity. And
that means, at its simplest, finding books that they enjoy, giving them
access to those books, and letting them read them." -- Gaiman, Neil. "Neil
