[aisle] Illinois State Library Annual Certification Now in Progress

All system members must complete the annual online certification process<https://librarylearning.org/annual-certification> by March 31, 2022 to continue to receive system services and Illinois State Library (ISL) grants. To complete the requirement, members should log into L2, Library Directory & Learning Calendar<http://www.librarylearning.org/>. Complete the FY 2021 ILLINET ILL Statistical Survey<https://www.ilsos.gov/departments/library/libraries/ill_survey.html> before starting the certification form. Deadline to complete is March 31, 2022.
