[aisle] Annual Certification and Destiny Reports

Hello!

I started working on the annual certification this morning and now I'm
stuck.  They are asking for more information and I'm not sure how to find
it.
Here's a screenshot of the information they want.  Is there a way in
Destiny to break down this information?  I can't seem to figure it out.
