[aisle] K-5 How do you include staff in library curriculum/lesson planning

One thing I do is connect with one or two teachers on a project, and when
the other team members see or hear how it went, they either inquire about
it or I approach them afterwards and explain how well it went with the
teachers I piloted it with.  There's usually one person on each team who is
willing to collaborate.
