I host a bunch of teens on Zoom. Their favs last year were Ben Philippe’s Fieldguide to the North American Teenager and Charming as a Verb.

Good morning!

My book club is interested in doing one last group read before the end of the year, and they didn't have any ideas. So I'm looking for some suggestions that have worked for you. The only parameters I got from them were: no nonfiction, horror, or suspense; something kind of happy (not all depressing throughout the whole book); and preferably diverse characters and/or author.

My book clubbers are generally big readers, and their favorites from this past Lincoln Award list were Stepsister and We Are Not From Here.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!
