[aisle] Holiday decorations/display

Once upon a time I read somewhere that December is National Read a New Book
Month. We mostly stick to just winter displays here (moreso just because
then I don't have to change things right away after Winter Break ends,
tbh), but in the past we've done a simple "It's National Read a New Book
Month!" display where we've wrapped ribbons around books (or wrapped up
books we've recently weeded with the caveat that "if you unwrap it, it's
yours!"). So, it *feels* kind of like holiday fun, with the unwrapping, but
it's not actually tied to any specific holiday or religious celebrations.
